There were many photoshopped submissions. Some took random naked models and added guitars or showers. Some, like Lee, apparently didn't have a hot guitar on hand to get wet, and so took a photo and added a guitar later. This one worked so well I decided to include it: 
This Chris Readman photo is similarly put together. She also looks a little confused about why she's doing this in the first place.
